I asked her if they have any plan on bettering the looks of your homes. She said they have no plan at this time to improve/remodel their homes. I asked her if she was happy to show the homes to possible renters. She said she was not happy and that she would not live in one. I found that interesting. It would be nice if they would set up window sol
